Outlook 2016 for Mac and Outlook 2011 do not support the ability to change the reply to address. However, there is a work around for both Outlook 2016 for Mac and Outlook 2011 by using the 'Send As' and 'Send on Behalf of' permissions. What to Gather: When a client calls with an issue, gather the following information: ePanther ID Alternate email and phone Preferred method of contact Best Time(s) to Reach Application Name & Version Browser Name & Version Full error message(s) WM of client Note: This work around assumes that you have been granted the appropriate permissions that are mentioned in either document. Start Outlook. Create a new message or reply to an existing message. From within the 'From:' select box, select the account you want to send from. Note: You must add another account to Outlook in order for the 'Form:' field to show up. If the account does not show up in the list, you must first subscribe to the account.
After you complete composing the message, send the message. If you have 'send as' permissions, the recipient(s) will see the message from the account you are sending as. If you have 'send on behalf of' permissions, the recipient(s) will see the message from 'youraccount on behalf of fromaccount'.
